We offer 3 Productivity Tools to help organizations develop people and build productive cultures. Each Tool can be used as a stand-alone piece, but they are designed to complement and amplify each other. Like most good tools, they increase in value as you use them and adapt them to best serve your particular needs.

Building Competitive Advantage
A comprehensive set of models to assist leaders in 3 key areas: (1) developing a compelling vision/mission and creating the conditions that support mission achievement, (2) making teamwork the corporate way of life, and (3) building strategic alignment through the systems view.

Team-Building Package
This package contains two handbooks. The first is a self-paced guide for improving the effectiveness of teams at every level of the organization (includes an assessment tool to track progress and highlight areas for improvement). The second is a progressive presentation of a model that views teamwork as a dynamic characteristic of every group that varies every day--even moment to moment--from Pseudo-Teamwork on one end of the continuum to Excellence in Teamwork on the other.

Process Consulting Tools
A collection of models and strategies to assist managers and human resource professionals in developing people and improving the processes people use to coordinate their efforts.
